3. Estimates & Quotes
Estimates are provided free of charge and are based on the information available at the time of assessment. Quoted pricing is valid for the period stated on the estimate and may change if project scope, measurements, materials, or site conditions differ from those originally assessed.
4. Scheduling, Access & Cancellations
Installation dates are scheduled by mutual agreement and may be affected by weather, material availability, or other factors outside our control. You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the work areas. Please notify us as early as possible if you need to reschedule.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms, including any deposit and final balance, will be specified in your estimate or agreement. Final payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Workmanship & Warranty
We stand behind our work with a workmanship guarantee on installation, separate from the manufacturer’s product warranty on the windows and doors themselves. Warranty details are provided with your project. Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, alterations, or normal wear and tear.
7. SMS & Text Messaging
By providing your phone number and opting in through our forms, you agree to receive text messages from Tennessee Window Works LLC regarding your inquiry, appointments, quotes, and service updates. Message frequency may vary, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance at any time. 8. Limitation of Liability
